Reservations are subject to room availability, hotel confirmation, and payment verification. COP17 applies a single cancellation rule across all bookings: free if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival; 50% penalty between 15 and 30 days; non-refundable within 14 days.The exact deadlines for your stay are shown on your booking detail page.
